Coach Vicki started Victory Vipers in 1996. She has been the head cheer team coach and director for our program's 25 seasons of competitive cheer. Coach Vicki's background includes intense Competitive Gymnastics Training, School Cheerleading from Junior high thru College, UCA Head Camp Instructor, Former Houston Rockets Dancer, School Cheer Sponsor, Cheer Choreographer, and Cheer Tryout & Competition Judge. Coach Vicki has her Bachelor's Degree in Education.

Coach Jordan has been a Victory Vipers cheer coach since summer of 2020. Her background includes over 10 years of Competitive Cheerleading (she was a Victory Vipers competitive cheerleader from 2000-2008), Competitive Dance, Middle School Cheerleading, Varsity High School Cheerleading, University of Houston Cheerleading, Assistant and Head Cheer Coach for George Ranch High School, and Cheer Tryout Judge. Coach Jordan has her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management and is a certified Teacher for Mathematics Grades 7-12.
